Cancellation Policy
At Seattle Transfers, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure your travel plans go smoothly. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Airport Transfers: Cancellations for airport transfers must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup, a cancellation fee may apply.
Group Transfers: For group transfers, we require cancellations to be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event or travel date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the scheduled transfer may incur additional charges.
We understand that plans can change, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
